The hotel room decorations for my daughter's birthday and complementary brownies were delightful. I haven't been in such a dated room for a long, long time. The room was shabby and freezing. I called reception to ask for heat, but even though they said it wouldn't be a problem, no heat ever came on. Despite being a family room, it wasn't the most comfortable experience.
