My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was lovely, although a bit too cold at times. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided great service. I haven't been in such a dated room for a long, long time. The room was shabby and freezing. I called reception to ask for heat, but even though they said it wouldn't be a problem, no heat ever came on. Despite being a family room, it wasn't the most comfortable experience.
