The hotel room decorations for my daughter's birthday and complementary brownies were delightful. The necessary facilities were available, but the room felt too warm even after trying to cool it down. My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was lovely, although a bit too cold at times. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided great service. I haven't been in such a dated room for a long, long time. The room was shabby and freezing. I called reception to ask for heat, but even though they said it wouldn't be a problem, no heat ever came on. Despite being a family room, it wasn't the most comfortable experience.
